Warranty Certificate

• Your Invoice Is Your Only Warranty - Please retain carefully and present with any Warranty Claims.
• We strongly recommend that the Care Instructions on our website, be followed meticulously, to ensure the validity of this Warranty
• H. DON CAROLIS manufactured Interior Solid Wood furniture, carries a warranty of five (5) years on the timber used and against any manufacturing defects.
• All H. DON CAROLIS manufactured leather, PVC and Fabric sofas carry a five (5) year warranty on the timber frame.
• All H. DON CAROLIS furniture manufactured in Steel, Melamine, Plywood, Veneer, MDF or any other material, carries a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• H. DON CAROLIS exterior solid wood and Wrought Iron furniture carry a one (1) year warranty - valid ONLY if the furniture is cleaned regularly and Teak oil is applied once every three (3) to four (4) months.
• Stainless Steel and solid wood pantries carry a five (5) year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Spring Mattress between 5 to 10 years depending on brand for defects in the spring and spring units

Warranty Exclusions

• Glass and Mirrors
• Exposure of products (excluding specified Outdoor furniture) to direct sunlight.
• Improper handling or if the furniture is used for any purpose, other than the intended purpose.
• Damage due to Natural Disasters.
• Products that have been transported or repaired by others.
• Fabric, PVC and leather used on H. DON CAROLIS products.
• Damage due to water, floods or sea spray.
• Damage caused by chemicals.
